THE 2023 CRAFT SHOW INFORMATION TO BE

$35.00 per 6 X 2 1/2 foot table, or space
$40.00 with electricity per 6 X 2 1/2 foot table or space
RESERVATIONS ARE TAKEN ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
Your timely response will assure a table and most likely your choice of location. Unfortunately, no location is guaranteed. This craft show is very successful and we have always done our best to make the show convenient for the crafters. We have volunteers to help unload your crafts. Upon arrival to the Norwin Senior High School, pull up to the overhang entrance (the Route 30 side of the school). Attendants will be available to assist with check-in, unloading, and parking. After your vehicle is unloaded our volunteers will deliver your craft items to your table for you. We ask that you then drive around the building and park in the main parking lot so that the customers have the easiest access to the building. The Norwin Band Aides sponsor a Chinese Auction; as such, we would greatly appreciate a donation of one of your crafts and/or items. We thank you for your continued support and kind generosity. We also offer a tasty lunch menu at our concession stand as well as having homemade baked goods. Norwin Band members will be available to assist you throughout the day by taking food orders and delivering it to your table.

We do not allow Avon, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Watkins Products, Home Interiors, Southern Living, Home and Garden Party products, Candlelight, or any other items of this kind. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
Be it understood that the Norwin Band Aides will not be responsible for any theft or damage of personal property.
It is the crafter’s responsibility to set up and tear down at the craft show.
Please plan on staying until 3:00pm as it is unfair to patrons and other crafters to leave the show early.
If electricity is needed, the Crafter is responsible for all extension cords.
Any licenses, tax, or permits involving goods or services are the sole responsibility of
If a cancellation is necessary, the fee (minus $5.00) will be returned, provided a
2-week notice is given prior to the show and space can be refilled. Fees will not be reimbursed for cancellations made during the week prior to the Craft Show due to weather conditions.
